01
I can lead under pressure.
The Researcher Portal shows a hard conference deadline, a client who had been burned before, and scope I had to cut and defend.
-
02
I move activation and retention, and I can explain why.
Daily Diary shows a 0.5% to 12% adoption jump that held for six months, and the discovery that changed the fix.

03
I have built and run agents, so I know where they fail.
The AI work shows real adoption inside the company, real time saved, and a clear account of a hallucination problem and how I contained it.
Case studies
Daily Diary adoption
I took Daily Diary from 0.5% to 12% of weekly active users, and adoption held between 10% and 15% for six months.
- Activation
- Retention
- Discovery
- Lifecycle messaging
Community polls A/B test
I ran an A/B test on the email driving patients to a new community polling feature. The simpler version beat my own longer one, 31% participation to 18%, so it shipped and set the tone for the lifecycle emails that followed.
- A/B testing
- Lifecycle messaging
- Adoption
- Community
AI in the product workflow
I designed, shipped and ran four agent workflows that the whole company picked up, saving five hours of manual triage a week and cutting triage cycle time by 17%.
- AI agents
- Internal tools
- Human in the loop
- Process design
Researcher Portal
I led a 0 to 1 researcher portal from kickoff to an on-time conference launch for a skeptical client, then worked with Sales to turn it into a configurable product that went to two more clients.
- 0 to 1 build
- Scope leadership
- Client management
- Sales partnership
Questionnaire builder refactor
I made the case for and led a refactor of the questionnaire builder, the tool every study on the platform depends on, after bug tickets, admin interviews and a slow, clunky experience all pointed at it. Builder support tickets fell 100% in the six months after launch.
- Refactor
- Discovery
- Admin tooling
- Support partnership
How I work
Talk to users before trusting the dashboard
The data said discoverability. Patients said value. The fix needed both.
Test instead of debate
My own hypothesis lost an A/B test. The simpler email won, so that is what we shipped.
Keep humans on the decisions that matter
Every agent I run does the tedious part, shows its work, and hands off the call.
